For this wine, grapes are sourced from cooler sites within the valley, as well as from a high-elevation site on Mount Veeder. Together, they provide a juicy, fleshy core of apple and pear girded by mineral-laden texture and tension. The finish is marked by oak-derived toast and brioche notes.
