This wine's banana bread, butter and yeast aromas—coupled with its deep gold, almost Muscat color—prepare you for a supersweet and creamy wine. That's not at all what it delivers. Tangy apple and grapefruit flavors on the palate give this Vermentino a bright, zippy mouthfeel and a medium-long, tangy lemon finish.
