In a recent lineup of Australian sparklers, Clover Hill's 2003 Brut was a standout, showing convincing toasty, autolytic notes layered over crisp apple and citrus flavors. It's medium-bodied and slightly creamy in texture, with a long, crisp finish. || A zippy, energized sparkler, with lots of grilled brioche, melon and apple notes that linger nicely on the finish.
