This offers aromas of scorched earth, underbrush and a whiff of oak. The firm palate offers sour cherry, fleshy strawberry, toast, coconut and espresso alongside assertive, close-grained tannins that leave a mouth-drying finish. || Cottanera's Etna blend (Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio) opens with a brooding dark color and earthy aromas of crushed stone, forest floor and leather. There's a bright, vinous fruit note of wild berry and red currant as well.
