Winemaker: Niels Verburg. There's a funky note of cured game and smoky tire to this Shiraz-based blend, made with 4% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Mourvèdre. The black plum and berry fruit is hit with a strong dose of toasted hazelnut and peppery spice in the velvety mouth, carrying through to the medium-length finish. Drink now–2021.
