A fancy, somewhat gritty Cab Franc, marked by ripe fruit and oak. Attractive in cherry and red currant flavors, with smoky sandalwood complexities, and a long, spicy finish. Lovely with a grilled steak. Drink now. || New oak stands out in toast and caramelized wood sweetness on this Cab, overshining to some degree the underlying blackberry, cherry and black currant fruit.
