Scents of strawberry-rhubarb preserves and toasted herbs are streaked with a hint of latex. On the palate, the tannins excoriate, and there's a light raisin note that unfurls across the midpalate. The finish is all structure. || Nebbiolo has proved to be an enormously difficult grape to grow outside of a few small areas in Northern Italy, but Three Fox Vineyards has done an admirable job.
