The slight cloudiness signals a 'natural' wine, smelling fresh and phenolic, with hints of apple cider and yeast. The palate is bracing and dry, zesty and compelling with a really salty, moreish core. A great sense of purity pervades the palate that astonishes with a fluid, pliable and rather smooth palate. This is definitely off-piste but has bags of character.
