In some ways, this wine is too polite. The aromas and flavors of spring flowers and ripe cherries are subtle, while the texture and weight are restrained. Even if it's not a showstopper, it'll work well at the table with a wide variety of dishes—always supporting, not overshadowing, the food. Drink now.
