Winemaker Rob Newsom has defined a Chardonnay style that pushes the grape to its ripening limits. Straw gold and bursting with ultraripe scents and flavors, it's a jumble of apples, orange marmalade, and lemon candy. A buttery finish brings olive oil, caramel and butterscotch. || Wow—delicious, the best yet. Lots of pineapple from the 75% Celilo fruit, very crisp and lightly butterscotchy.
