This is a fresh and forward effort that's based on all six Bordeaux grapes. It bears pretty plum and cherry flavors, with a chocolaty wash over the quick finish. || Sobra is Brazilian Portuguese for leftovers. It's a Bordeaux blend, but the recipe changes every year.
