Fairly rich and lush—really quite viscous—with pretty apricot, peach, honey, nut and spice flavors. Fleshy on the finish. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. || As always, Beringer's Alluvium blend is a complex white wine, meant to pair with good food. The '08 is comprised of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Chardonnay and Viognier.
