This is an experiment in a bottle, a 100% whole-cluster, carbonic maceration Pinot that intrigues and delights. Light and clear, it opens with wildly crazy aromas of earthy herb and dirty strawberry, remaining pillowy on the palate. The finish is edgy in pine and spice.
