Bizarre is the best way to describe this kosher offering: The nose is fragrant, with bright ripe fruit backed by cotton-candy and algae-ish notes. Apple, charcoal and pear are tinged with a slight greenness on the palate; mouthful is medium-full, but a bit too effervescent and frothy. Finishes long.
