This is the side project of vineyard manager Chuy Ordaz and his family, from a vineyard he has long farmed. It's impressively elegant while offering a pack of combustible power. Rustic and earthy on the nose, it follows with truffle, red and blue fruit, leather and coffee, the tannins are big and spicy.
