Still young and aromatic, this concentrated apple and pear flavored wine also has a strongly mineral character. It is laced with intense acidity that gives bite to the texture. It needs aging, so don't drink before 2017. || Soft and smooth, showing almonds, a touch of toast, the fruit calm, showing slowly in the riper texture of the wine. Acidity comes through as a final bite.
