This is a sharp, grassy Pinot Gris, which does more than a gentle bow in the direction of Sauvignon Blanc. Herbaceous, peppery and penetrating, it's green and acidic, yet flavorful and a resonant food wine also. || Light to the point of being a bit dilute, this Viognier has a cotton-candy character, like spun sugar around rhubarb.
