Dark and earthy on the nose, this bottling shows sage, menthol, black tea and forest-floor elements that decorate the dark hibiscus and pomegranate fruits. The palate is much like a fruit-laced black tea, with tart cherry, grippy pluot skin and black-peppercorn flavors.
