Ante, which is Etna spelled backwards, is a blend of the indigenous Carricante, Minnella and Grecanico grapes. It shows fine texture, with polished citrus and stone fruit notes that characterize wines made using grapes from volcanic soils. The fruit was farmed organically from a vineyard 700 meters above sea level.
