This impressively dark and smooth Shiraz has a taut black fruit and licorice bouquet. Very smooth and supple on the palate, it offers rich blackcurrant, cassis and chocolate flavors. Fine, even tannins on the long finish close this very well structured, nicely integrated wine that should improve with two to four years cellaring. || Elegance, not opulence, marks this Chardonnay.
