A very shy, neutral nose opens up into a slender but creamy, fluid and very balanced palate. When Pinot Blanc received such masterful treatment it shows its true pedigree. There is the subtlest hint of smoky oak and a wonderfully woven midpalate and just a few glimpses of red apple.
