Syrah grown in sandy soil just above the Tagus River produces a wine that is soft, spicy and fruity. It is well balanced, the acidity giving a lift to the dark plum skin and berry flavors. It feels rich, full in the mouth, spicy with hints of wood aging. Drink now.
