Extremely light, clean and pure aromas of tart grapefruit rind and citrus blossoms show on the nose of this bottling from the Jurassic Park Vineyard. There's bountiful energy to the palate, where the citrusy freshness of lemon rinds meets brisk, sea breeze-like salinity and the lightest hint of melon and Pink Lady apple. Serve with shellfish.
