Spice and pepper aromas act as a welcoming party, with cherry and raspberry scents sitting in reserve. The palate is herbal but fairly fruity, with fresh acidity and a solid, if not the most deep and lasting, finish. Despite showing some typical leafy qualities, this is good, young Carmenère.
