Very rich and sumptuous, if a little heavy. It's delicious and complex, with cherry, mocha and red currant flavors that finish sweet and spicy. You'll experience a hit of tannins that provides structure, but makes the wine slightly unaccessible. Aging is a gamble, given a certain pruniness on the finish.
