Winemaker Noel Heidenreich's Shiraz is compelling, not overwhelming, with some vanilla flavors framing juicy red plum and raspberry fruit. It's pleasing and textured, and gives the same impression on the nose: spice, curry, moist clay, red fruit. Very appealing overall, tiptoeing out on the finish with soft tannins.
