Winemaker Francisco Olazabal, from Quinta do Vale Meão, produces this ripe, smoky wine from vineyards above the Douro River. Lab (as in Labrador) is fruity, with a cool element that brings in tannins as well as immediately attractive red fruits. Drink now.
