This is one of those old-fashioned field blends of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Carignane and who knows what else. It's super-fruity, with waves of blackberries, cherries and all kinds of other berries accented with milk chocolate, anise and cedar. Finishes a bit sweet and tannic. Drink now, with barbecue.
