This is like a photocopy of a photocopy of a good Pinor Noir. All the parts are identifiable, from the raspberries and persimmons to the toasty oak and vanilla. It's just all a little thinned down and blurry. Drink now with salmon cakes, burgers, brown rice and tofu.
