There's a tug of unripeness that shows up in this Pinot Noir, like a cross of mushrooms, green herbs and asparagus. Yet it has some good cherry and red currant sweetness, the alcohol is nice and low and the acidity is mouthwatering. Drink it now after a few minutes of chilling in the fridge.
