This is a sound Pinot Noir that's common but varietally correct. Silky in texture, it's dry and crisp with acidity, accented with pink bubblegum, raspberry-pie filling and spice flavors. || This is a simple, one-dimensional Chardonnay. It's dry in style with thin citrus and apricot flavors and just a hint of oak.
