Eclisse (a terrific blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Friulano) offers creamy density and luscious aromas of mature fruit, yellow flower and honey. It would make a perfect pairing to lobster tail with butter. || There's a soft, creamy quality to this Sauvignon (with 10% barrel-fermented Picolit added to the blend) that recalls aromas of peach, passion fruit and papaya.
