This is a simple and straightforward expression of Prosecco with tight perlage and medium aromas of white flower and citrus. That subtle but soft sweetness you taste would pair nicely next to vegetable tempura. || Aromas of yellow wild flower, pear and grapefruit follow over to the simple off-dry palate along with apple and a candied lemon note. Racy acidity refreshes the rich flavors.
