Ripe, oaky aromas settle on prune, raisin and baked plum. As the nose indicates, this is a ripe, plump wine, although a shock of acidity keeps it balanced. Flavors of creamy oak and vanilla transition to semitart plum and raspberry, while the finish reverts to heavy and baked, both in flavor and feel.
