Light, fresh and soft, this is a perfect starter for an evening for two. It has attractive sweet lime and peach flavors, with attendant acidity. || It's good that Pommery has given this wine some bottle age, despite the young image the label suggests. The result is dry, but with less fruit and more secondary toast and nut flavors, a finely textured wine. It also has some weight, which balances the acidity well.
