Opens with immense, luscious aromas of apricot liqueur, vanilla custard, fennel, orange blossom and honeysuckle. Explodes on the palate with enormous fruit and spice flavors; it’s intense and concentrated. Very sweet, but the acidity is high and cleansing. It has a velvety texture, and finishes long and sweet. Enjoy it with vanilla ice cream or crème brûlée
