This blend of 59% Syrah and 41% Cabernet Sauvignon plays to the savory side of the two grapes, with dominant dried oregano and thyme aromas edged with violet, blackberry and caramel scents. The palate provides great cohesion of those elements, its plush plum fruit laced with dried herb flavors, proving easy to enjoy and relatively light on its feet.
