The best of the 2008 Syrah lineup from Walter Dacon, this ultra-smooth wine offers a rainbow of fruit flavors from berry to cherry to plum, set in layers of creamy oak. Caramel and toasted coconut accents fill in the back half, a lingering, seductive denouement. || The Beaux is Walter Dacon's American-oaked Syrah, from a range of vineyards and AVAs.
