You might want to lay this Syrah-based Rhône wine down for a year or two. Tasted in the early fall of 2010, it's sharp and fresh-fruity, which gives the cherry, raspberry and cocoa a jammy taste. The grapes come from Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County.
