You'll find strong flavors of grilled blackberries and black cherries, tobacco, unsweetened baker's chocolate and black pepper in this dry, tannic wine. Made from Syrah, Mourvèdre and Counoise, it's rustic and high in alcohol. Makes you think of beef tacos.
