Only made in exceptional years, the 2007 Katzrin is a Cab-based wine with 9% Merlot that's aged for two years in French oak. It's lush and fruit forward, with aromas and flavors of cassis, black cherry and plum framed by spicy accents of cigar box, fruit cake and cracked black peppercorns.
