A soft, simple style of Cabernet with mild cherry and strawberry flavors, light tannins, smooth texture and light- to medium-body. The flavors fade quickly on the finish. || On the paler side of the the Chardonnay scale, the nose is subtle, with light touches of cream, butterscotch and smoke. There is a decent tension between ripe, lemongrass-like fruit and a bitter, grapefruit rind acidity in this wine from the team at Terravant Wine Company in Buellton.
