This is an ice wine produced from grapes frozen in a frost on December 10, 2011. It is superrich, opulent and with great concentration of both honey and ripe apricots. The acidity takes a while to show through the richness of the wine, but it is there, giving a beautiful fresh aftertaste. Start drinking in 2017.
