The aromas are barnyard and rustic, but on the palate the wine has a richer character altogether. It has dark fruit flavors, solid tannins and a dense texture, well combined in a structured package. Wood softens the attack of the fruit, resulting in a wine that can be drunk now, but will be better in three years time.
