The Deutz style, with its lilting, dancing mouthfeel, is well illustrated by this non-vintage cuvée. It is bright and fruity, with crisp apple and pear fruits and tight acidity. but showing some signs of good bottle aging as well. || This is baseline Deutz, but still a standout. Sniff it and you sense the complexity, definition and elegance. Good, tiny bubbles stream up steadily, bringing notes of chalk, candied fruit and caramel.
