Pinot Grigio can be made in almost any style, but Seghesio nails the dry, elegant approach. This is a terrific wine, mouthwateringly tart, and the lime flavor is satisfying. Unoaked, this is so versatile, you can drink it with almost anything calling for a dry white, or all by itself as an apéritif.
