Easygoing and fresh, with black fruit, herbs, spice and smoked meat on the nose. The palate is generally smooth and proper, while the cherry cola, mince meat and other savory flavors work well together. Nothing outrageous, but gets it more right than wrong. Definitely smells and tastes like Carmenère.
