Soft and dry, this Mourvèdre has flavors of melted chocolate and cherries, with hints of Provençal herbs such as lavender and thyme. It's not a terrible complex wine, but it is elegant and charming. || Sugary sweet and simple, with pleasant pineapple, peach, pear, floral and vanilla flavors. || The winery began bottling a Roussanne only in 2001.
