TA firm minerality, like the tang of cold steel, derives from Spring Mountain's soil. That metallic note adds an interesting dimension to the wine's fruitier flavors of apricots, mangoes and peaches. The winemaker added some Oak Knoll fruit, which contributes citrus acidity for balance.
