Fresh melon and fragrant apple blossoms make for a ripe nose on this white grae that's rarely used in California, but there is also a pomelo pith character that keeps it grounded. The flavors are also broad at first and ripe with green and yellow fruits, yet a slow sizzling acidity provides tight freshness.
